STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Full payment is required prior to the session being held.
2. Cancellations made less than 24 Hours before the scheduled session will incur the full session fee.
3. Liminil Coaching undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Liminil Coaching cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
4. In order for it to be admissible, Liminil Coaching must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
5. To the fullest extent of the law, Client’s shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liminil Coaching, its employees, agents, owner, and representatives from and against any and all loss, costs, penalties, fines, damages, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees) or liabilities arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the client’s coaching relationship with Liminil Coaching or any material produced by Liminil Coaching. 
   
6. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by South Africa law.
